Terms and conditions

These terms apply to stays booked directly with DNT Stays, a trading name of DNT Property Solutions Ltd. Properties hosted by our partners are booked under the partner's own terms.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival. Bookings made within two weeks of arrival are paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations

The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation.

During your stay

Guests must follow the house rules for each property, respect neighbours and keep to the maximum occupancy shown on the listing. Parties and events are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
